About

Visit Koorana Crocodile Farm, home to over 3,000 crocodiles. Join this tour, that departs twice daily, to learn about crocodile behavior. You will visit nest sites, see 3 different species of crocodilians, and observe some of the largest saltwater crocodiles.

Established in 1981, this venue was Queensland’s first commercial crocodile farm. Located between Rockhampton and Yeppoon on the Southern Great Barrier Reef, this family-owned farm offers educational and conservation-focused tours of these prehistoric creatures.

Learn what to do and not do around these animals, and get the chance to hold a small crocodile. From February to May, you can see baby crocodiles hatching. Try crocodile dishes for lunch in a licensed restaurant (at your own expense).
