The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is a world-class accredited zoo located on St. George Island, only 5 minutes from downtown Calgary and 20 minutes from the Calgary International Airport.

On-site usage
- To get your daily admission tickets, visit a sales window and present your Tiqets voucher and a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) to the Guest Relations team to exchange for a Zoo entrance ticket
- Then proceed to the turnstiles to scan your ticket for entry

After your visit
- The last entry to Wild Canada is at 4:00 p.m.
- The last entry to Penguin Plunge is at 4:15 p.m.
- The last entry to all other animal buildings is at 4:45 p.m.
